Overview: As a Front Desk Volunteer, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Please note, this position is an unpaid volunteer role.

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting and Welcoming: Welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner. Direct them to the appropriate staff or area within the organization.
2. Answering Inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries courteously and promptly. Provide information about the organization's programs, services, and events.
3. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
4. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for patients and visitors as needed. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing appointment calendars.

Time Commitment: This volunteer position requires a commitment of 16 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available. Volunteers are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and provide notice in advance of any scheduling conflicts.
