About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing and Communications to serve as its Chief Storyteller, with a focus on leading strategies that amplify and promote the organization's mission, values, and impact. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a deep understanding of the cultural, social, and political landscapes that influence the Greater Los Angeles region. They should be a strategic and visionary thinker, adept at using data and new technologies to deliver compelling messaging, and experienced in setting and executing marketing and communication strategies. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in change management, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for social justice and equity.
