In this role, you will engage directly with the clients to inform and guide their decision-making, while collaborating with our internal leaders on client relationship management - providing multiple touchpoints for the clients.

Qualifications for this role include 5 or more years' experience in tax and accounting working with businesses and High Net Worth families in planning and compliance roles.Typical education backgrounds include bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields that demonstrate an understanding of tax and planning processes.Successful candidates should also be certified as a CPA or EA.Experience in staff supervision and training is important as well.

Industry - Tax Consulting & Compliance
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing client projects from engagement planning to implementation and beyond
- Develop and manage an engagement plan for implementation
- Coordinating client and tax service line team schedules to ensure the proper resources are available for the appropriate projects
- Understand and establish priorities
- Identify resource requirements and assign staffing consultants to projects
- Monitor performance of project tasks
- Identifying, tracking, and managing action items, issues, and risks, and serving as liaison between the client team and our internal service team to resolve all in a timely manner
- Preparing and sending weekly status reports
- Collaborating with peers to ensure our team is exceeding clients' expectations
- Delivering projects on time and within the budget
- Professional development through community organizational involvement and business solicitation
- All other duties as assigned
