Job Description

We are seeking an individual to join our team installing heavy truck bodies, equipment and accessories. You will be responsible for providing a first class installation of our line of new truck bodies. We are a very detail oriented company that strives to exceed our customers expectations as to the outcome of the final product.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of new truck bodies and other industry related equipment
• Use common sense skills to think of solutions to solve problems with the resources available
• Work together as a team on achieving goals
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on shop equipment and vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Understand and be able to complete tasks with knowledge of fabrication, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems.
• Be able to read a tape measure, do basic math calculations, read and understand directions
• Read hydraulic and electrical schematics
• Familiarity with shop equipment, ie. welders, grinders, drilling equipment, metal saws and torches and how to use them properly
• Have basic hand tools and PPE to work in an equipment & fabrication shop environment.
• Be able to do minor fabrication work & welding work.
• Ability to handle physical workload, lifting heavy items, standing, crouching, maneuvering your body in awkward positions to get to fasteners and systems in place to complete the installation process.
• Ability to use lifting equipment safely and properly
• Ability to prioritize workload and multitask

We are a small family owned company that specializes in installing new truck bodies and equipment. Majority of the work is on new trucks above 19,000 GVW. We work a 4 day work week 40 hours Monday through Thursday. Overtime is available on Friday's to leave your weekends open. We are looking for someone that has the willingness to produce a high quality product with an outcome that meets or exceeds our customers expectations.

We work a 4 day work week 40 hours Monday through Thursday. Overtime is available on Friday's to leave your weekends open. We are looking for someone that has the willingness to produce a high quality product with an outcome that meets or exceeds our customers expectations.
