NWSLV). About the Role: As the Talent Management and Organizational Development intern, you will be a part of the People team. You will support a number of Talent and OD initiatives ranging from supporting the roll out of new performance and talent management processes to organizational design and change management initiatives. Your internship will be spent 50% within the Talent Management team (reporting to Manager, Talent Management) and 50% within the Organizational Development team (reporting to Manager, Organizational Development).
This role is hybrid, based in our New York City office.
You Will: - Support enablement of new performance and talent management processes and tools, with a particular focus on year end and calibration
- Support organizational design efforts in alignment with our people team acceleration agenda
You Have: - Completed at least two years toward your bachelor's with a concentration in human resources, organizational development, I/O psychology or related field
- Interest/ exposure to talent management practices
- Interest/ exposure to change management best practices
- Interest in learning internal consulting skills
- Experience in training delivery/ design would be a plus, but not required
- Ability to handle multiple aspects of a project simultaneously
- Attention to detail and are organized
- Ability to be resourceful and work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact at different levels in the organization
