Responsibilities: Data Compilation & Analysis: Collect, compile, and analyze data using Excel and various statistical analysis software to support program evaluation efforts. Financial Data Summarization: Develop and present summaries of financial data to support statistical modeling for forecasting monthly and annual program participant caseload and expenditures. Macroeconomic Monitoring: Track and interpret macroeconomic indicators, such as long-term unemployment rates and the Consumer Price Index (CPI), to assess and forecast trends in program participant caseloads and expenditures. Report Writing: Create comprehensive summaries of statistical analyses for dissemination to research and program staff, ensuring clarity and accuracy in reporting findings. Desired Experience: Proficiency in compiling data and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses using Excel and statistical analysis software. Ability to summarize financial data to support statistical modeling for forecasting caseloads and expenditures. Experience monitoring macroeconomic indicators and interpreting their impact on program trends. Skilled in writing clear and concise summaries of statistical analyses for research and program staff. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Logic Models: Familiarity with logic models for program evaluation, demonstrating an understanding of how to structure and assess program effectiveness. SAS Software: Proficiency in completing statistical analyses using SAS software. Geospatial Data Mapping: Experience with Quantum Geographic Information System (QGIS) software for mapping geospatial data. Nutrition Program Experience: Background in working within a Federally funded nutrition program, such as WIC. Government Experience: Previous experience working in a government setting or with government-funded programs.
