Essential Job Functions:

• Strategic EW/EMSO Leadership: Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive EW and EMSO assessment frameworks that are data-driven and adaptable to emerging threats. Ensure your strategies align with the Spectrum Warfare Wing (SWW) objectives, driving mission success.
• High-Impact Organizational Strategy: Design, refine, and execute organizational strategies that integrate cross-disciplinary expertise from operations, engineering, and maintenance teams, ensuring a realistic and effective EW assessment process.
• Global EMSO Expertise: Execute real-time and near real-time large force, live flight, and virtual EMSO assessments on a global scale. Your assessments will be critical in evaluating the effectiveness of EW/EMSO capabilities across diverse and complex operational environments.
• Aircraft and Weapons Systems Mastery: Provide expert guidance in the assessment of fighter, bomber, rescue aircraft, and cutting-edge weapon systems, including fifth-generation and future-generation platforms. Your insights will be instrumental in shaping the future of USAF's multi-domain and multi-MDS force packages.
• Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including USAF leadership and mission partners, to accurately define problems, gather inputs, and develop innovative solutions for deployment. Ensure all processes are meticulously documented for future use.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of EW and EMSO professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Your leadership will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of the USAF's spectrum warfare capabilities.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 10 years of experience. 

Active Top Secret/SCI Security clearance.

Extensive, proven experience in weapons and tactics, particularly in the realm of electronic warfare, EMSO, and defense-related assessments.

Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Desired Skills:

An advanced degree or specialized military training in EW, tactics, or related disciplines is highly desirable.
