We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software QA Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through comprehensive manual and automated testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance. Military Veterans Encouraged to Apply.

Requirements:

• US citizenship required.
• Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• This position is currently remote but may change due to contractual requirements.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, with a preference for Cypress (MUST).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experienced in Java, Selenium, Agile - SCRUM, CI/CD, Dev Ops in AWS environment.
• Experience working in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Node JS
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Define, develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of software products.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, engineers to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve reported issues.
• Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
