We are seeking a Security Guard with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will be professional at all times and exhibit strong decision-making skills. The Security Guard will also display excellent judgment, be decisive, and have an acute concern for the safety of those around. They must possess a strong sense of integrity as they manage the safety and security of a multi-family real-estate portfolio. • Patrol designated areas to ensure the security of premises and property.
• Report to the property management office any information pertinent to the health of the estate.
• Ensure that the property is free from vandalism.
• Report to the local police any disturbances in the apartment community and report to the property management staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous security guard experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• US Work Authorization.
