Job Description

Our client, a mid-size firm Plaintiff firm located in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney. This is a fully remote work from home opportunity.

An active member in good standing with the Missouri Bar is required, Kansas Bar is a plus. Should have 3+ years of personal injury experience. Should have the ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills are needed. A self-starter driven by long-term career goals is needed.

Duties:
Handling of both pre-litigation and litigation matters.
Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum.
Guiding clients through the case process.
Interacting with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
