Production Associate (12-Hour Shifts)

Location: North East Mesa, AZ

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Shift Availability:

• Various 12-hour shifts available
• Start times can vary from 5:30 AM to 6 PM or 5:30 PM to 6 AM

Job Summary: Join our team as a Production Associate at our air bag manufacturing facility in North East Mesa, AZ. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to support our automated production process. This role requires standing for long periods and handling equipment, including lifting up to 40 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and offload equipment into robotic automated production systems.
• Inspect products and conduct quality assurance checks.
• Follow detailed instructions and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
• Participate in cross-training to support various production tasks.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for 12 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to follow directions and undergo cross-training.
• Must pass a LIFETIME background check (no felonies).
• Must pass a drug screening, including THC testing.
