Bayliss Boatworks is currently hiring from all industries to join us on our mission to build the best custom sportfishing yachts in the world.
Our in-house paint department is looking for experienced people for fairing, priming, painting and detail work. An eye for quality and attention to detail is imperative as we strive for perfection in every project. Top coat spraying experience in the automotive, shipbuilding, or aviation fields and / or experience working with Imron and Alexseal products is a definite plus.
