Are you passionate about chess and enjoy working with children? Looking for a flexible, remote job where you can make a positive impact? Join us as a part-time Online Chess Coach and help kids learn and love chess from the comfort of your home!

What You'll Do:

Teach chess to kids aged 5-14 through our online platform.
Conduct engaging classes with up to 8 students at a time, blending instruction and game time.
Inspire and support students in their chess journey.
Participate in occasional projects, such as developing lessons and curriculum.
What We Offer:

Flexible work hours, ranging from 5 to 25 hours per week.
Competitive pay between $17 and $27 per hour, based on your chess skills and teaching experience.

Qualifications:

Reliable equipment with video capability and a strong internet connection.
A quiet, suitable space for teaching.
Good chess skills and experience (grandmaster-level not required).
Ability to engage and motivate students in an online format.
Friendly, patient, and organized with a knack for managing your time effectively.
Schedule:

School Year: Teach classes from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM ET on weekdays, with possible Saturday morning hours.
Summer and School Breaks: Additional opportunities to teach virtual summer camps from approximately 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
