Oncology/Infusion Nurse ManagerMLR Healthcare is seeking an experienced Oncology/Infusion Nurse Manager to lead a large or multiple ambulatory units near Sacramento, CA. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive high-quality, patient-centered care. Pay Range: $176,900$228,910/yrKey Responsibilities:Ensures Assistants and staff provide the highest quality of care and are in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act, The Joint Commission, federal, state, and local requirements.e.Schedule: Full-Time / M-FAct as a patient advocate, resolving care issues and fostering a patient-first environment.Collaborate with physicians and staff to implement and maintain care standards.Design and evaluate processes to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.Develop and monitor budgets while identifying cost-saving strategies.Determines the appropriate staff mix for department and develops processes to screen, interview, hire, train, and maintain the competency of all department staff.
