Occupational Health Nurse - 14/14 Day RotationLocation: Winnemucca, NevadaAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in Winnemucca, Nevada. This role is critical in delivering comprehensive occupational, primary, and emergency medical services to our project personnel. Working on a 14/14 day rotation, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the health and safety of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health and injury management advice, support, and direction
• Conduct physical examinations and facilitate diagnostic testing
• Manage medical equipment, supplies, and medications
• Administer immunizations and maintain accurate medical records
• Deliver emergency and routine medical care
• Coordinate with regional healthcare facilities as needed

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Licensed, qualified, and registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nevada
• Minimum 2 years of occupational health experience
• Current certification in Advanced Life Support protocols
• Certification as a mental health first aid instructor
• Proficiency in physical examinations and emergency medical care
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
• Clear vision and adequate hearing for patient assessment
• Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and equipment operation

Work Schedule

14/14 day rotation (14 days on, 14 days off)
