We are seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to drive communication strategies, manage marketing deliverables, and execute engaging events that strengthen our brand and corporate reputation.

As a Marketing & Events Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in enhancing internal and external communications and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
Content Creation & Communication
- Develop and manage content across multiple platforms, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and internal messaging
- Produce compelling written materials for SOQs, Proposals, and marketing deliverables
- Engage with teams across departments to create technical narratives and digital content
Marketing Strategy & Brand Visibility
- Research and analyze clients, CIPs, and industry trends to support strategic business development
- Administer and maintain our CRM/Capture Plan platform
- Track and report marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and KPIs
Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and execute corporate events, community engagement initiatives, and internal company functions
- Partner with leadership and department heads to align internal communications
Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or event coordination
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Forms, etc.)
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce compelling content
- Excellent project coordination abilities, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- A passion for research and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in the construction industry and/or an understanding of pursuit processes is a plus!
