A well-established meat processing facility in Western Ohio is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager . This facility has recently modernized and upgraded its equipment, and we are looking for a skilled leader to oversee maintenance operations and ensure the smooth running of the new systems.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire maintenance program/team, all shifts.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including ovens, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
• Ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and reports.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years experience in maintenance management role.
• 7+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in a food processing environment.
• Expertise in industrial equipment such as ovens, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
