Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a desire to grow in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
• Monitor project progress and report on performance to senior project managers.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and change requests.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Support quality assurance and ensure project deliverables meet requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or MS Project).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus.
