About The Role We are seeking a driven Junior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Junior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and drive sales growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of our product launches and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the industry. Developing product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences. Creating marketing collateral, including product guides, sales presentations, and case studies, to support sales efforts. Collaborating with the product development team to gather insights and feedback for product enhancements and new features. Planning and executing product launch campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events. Analyzing campaign performance metrics and customer feedback to evaluate effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and go-to-market strategies. About You Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and creating compelling content. Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with product marketing, brand management, or related roles is preferred. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software, is a plus.
