Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The interviewer will conduct recurrent in-store research and surveys using defined criteria and processes to help record consumer opinions on various products and topics.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Oversee and manage the ongoing study processes, ensuring adherence to established protocols and timelines.
  • Follow defined criteria and processes to collect product samples as needed for research purposes.
  • Execute surveys based on predefined criteria and processes to gather relevant data.
  • Maintain custody of survey data and product samples, ensuring they are stored securely and managed properly throughout the research process.
  • Send product samples to the Research & Development (R&D) team.
  • Send collected survey data for tabulation and analysis to designated departments or personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
License/Certifications

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA's)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Must be able to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, use eye, hand, and/or use finger coordination enabling the use of machinery and equipment.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to be able to use close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to focus.
  • Ability to move mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals and fumes or airborne particles.
  • Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.

COMPENSATION

  • $52K - 65K annual salary, depending on geography, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  • This position is eligible for an incentive bonus, based on achievements of company targets and individual performance expectations
