Job Description
A pain management group is a rapidly expanding organization seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Pain Physician to join a practice in the Venice, Florida area. As a Pain Physician, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive pain management services to our patients. This position offers excellent earning potential with a competitive salary range of $350,000 to $400,000, along with full benefits and production-based incentives.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your extensive knowledge and expertise in pain management procedures, including injections, Spinal Cord Stimulator implants, and Intrathecal Pump Implants.
Perform a variety of interventional pain treatments in a heavy interventional pain practice setting.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Administer appropriate pain management interventions and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive pain management care.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in pain management, participating in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
New graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
An anesthesia background is required, in addition to the completion of a pain fellowship program.
Possess a valid medical license and board certification in pain management or be eligible for licensure in the state of Florida.
Strong clinical skills and extensive knowledge of various pain management procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Schedule and Benefits:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with normal business hours.
No nights or weekends are required, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Competitive salary range of $350,000 to $400,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
