Job Summary: Support candidates and hiring managers throughout the pre-employment process while ensuring data quality and governance in Human Resources systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, analytics, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, and ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in execution.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with data management and governance within a Supply Chain context.
  • Experience in developing and documenting standard operating procedures.
  • Knowledge of self-service tools and process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support candidates and hiring managers during the onboarding process, from offer acceptance through the new employee's initial weeks.
  • Manage the background verification process, ensuring timely communication with candidates and coordination with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Legal.
  • Maintain the Master Data Management (MDM) function within Supply Chain, overseeing global item cataloging and ensuring data quality and governance.
  • Provide flexible support across the HR Solutions team, balancing workloads and backing up activities beyond pre-employment.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures and training materials for the Onboarding team and partners across the organization.
  • Support self-service tool adoption to reduce manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
