Job Title: High-End Residential Construction Project Manager


Location: Western Michigan (Relocation assistance available)


Overview: A confidential client is seeking a skilled Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction. The ideal candidate must have overseen projects valued at $3M+ , with a preference for individuals from the Midwest. This is an opportunity to work on prestigious projects for prominent names in the region while enjoying a supportive, flexible work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-end residential projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and project teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver superior results.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction.
• Proven experience managing projects over $3M.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Midwest background preferred, though not required.
• Degree not necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $85K-$130K (DOE) plus 5%-10% bonus.
• PTO: 184 hours plus holidays.
• Vehicle Allowance: $700 per month.
• 401K with match and reasonable insurance coverage.
