What You'll Do - Design for Impact: Create a wide range of in-house materials (posters, newsletters, flyers, etc.) and client-facing designs (labels, logos, brochures).
- Collaborate & Innovate: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and unique design solutions.
- Events & Promotions: Design engaging materials for company outings, events, and special occasions.
- Client-Focused: Work with external clients to understand their needs and translate them into compelling visuals.
- Growth Mindset: Embrace constructive feedback and continuously develop your design skills.
- Quotes & Collaboration: Prepare quotes for external projects and collaborate closely with other creatives (photographers, filmmakers, marketers).
What You Bring - Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Creative Vision: Ability to translate abstract concepts into visually compelling designs.
- People Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to understand client needs, even when they're not sure what they want.
- Persuasion & Execution: The confidence to sell your ideas and the follow-through to see them through to completion.
- Positive Attitude: A collaborative spirit, eagerness to learn, and a passion for great design.
- Portfolio: A showcase of your student work or personal projects (required).
