We're seeking a dynamic, results-oriented leader to fill the role of General Manager to spearhead our Cedar Rapids Sales & Operations Teams. As a key leader, you'll drive our sales team to produce and our operations teams to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Cedar Rapids office to maximize sales, profitability, and product quality, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
\n\t
• Thrive in a high-performance environment with aggressive growth goals, driving lead conversion and generating referral business.

• Manage, train, and develop a high-performing team, addressing performance issues and fostering a culture of excellence.

• Engage in hands-on business development and lead generation activities to supplement market growth.

• Recruit and oversee installation subcontractors to ensure quality and timely project completion.
\n\t
• Maintain operational efficiency by managing personnel and implementing process improvements.

• Serve as a liaison for both external and internal customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated with a minimum of five years of systematic sales experience.
\n\t
• Demonstrated success in sales management, with a minimum of two years of experience.
\n\t
• Knowledge of home remodeling or construction preferred, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
\n\t
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
\n\t
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
\n\t
• Proven ability to manage projects and follow through with structured action.
\n\t
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands.
