General Laborers, Press Break Operators, Assemblers, Packers, Inspectors 

Starting Pay $16-$22 / hour, plus paid-time off and full benefits.

What you’ll be doing:

· Operating machinery, inspecting work, assembly, packing or general labor.

· Helping Roesch deliver on our Quality Policy: We’re committed to on-time, error-free delivery of products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

· Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

· Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

· Adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

· Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· You like to be busy – working at a fast pace in a busy production environment.

· Comfortable with repetitive work; you learn a job and do it with excellence.

· Adaptable to work as part of a team and pitch in where needed.

· Confident when operating production manufacturing equipment.

· Willing to monitor work output and quality and complete documentation.

· Willing to work off-shifts, weekends, or overtime as-needed, sometimes on short notice.

· Able to follow instructions and work independently with minimum supervision.

· Must interact as part of a team and always work well with others.

· Must be reliable and maintain a good attendance record.

· Willing to work safely and follow all safety-related training, and rules, procedures.
