• NodeJS Developer: NodeJS, Typescript, Javascript, Secure development best practices, API Integration Experience, OOP Experience
• MongoDB (with Angular/NodeJS) Developer: MongoDB, Angular or NodeJS, Typescript, Javascript, Secure development best practices, API Integration Experience, OOP Experience

• Has 3+ years of NodeJS application and backend service development experience (bonus: TypeScript, GitHub Actions, Harness, Kubernetes).
• Has experience with REST API development, data modeling, and API contracts (e.g. OpenAPI).
• Develops secure applications utilizing OWASP and/or MITRE standards.
• Has a grasp of formal development processes, including interfacing with the business, ticketing systems, code repositories, and the pull request process.
• Has a solid understanding of full-stack development, from user interface to backend systems and API integrations.
• Works collaboratively as part of a team, from requirements gathering and technical design to development and support.
• Communicates clearly, transparently, and frequently regarding the status of the work, including risks, blockers, and other callouts.
• Completes estimates and a work plan as appropriate for design, development, implementation, and rollout tasks.
• Develops to requirements and specifications, following SDLC best practices, including documenting and testing the code.
• Provides continuing support and maintenance utilizing required tools and technologies, in collaboration with internal teams and vendors as appropriate.
• Builds partnerships within the team and with other teams and business functions.
• Champions company standards and best practices and works to continually improve and supplement them.

• Exhibits drive, adaptability, and creative outside-the-box problem solving skills.
• Researches and promotes new and improved development techniques and technologies, fostering a culture of innovation.

• Strong Front-End Engineering fundamentals with a minimum of 4+ years' experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• 6+ years working in modern full-stack web-application development
• Experience with sustainable engineering practices such as automated testing, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and monitoring / alerting.
• Experience building and shipping multiple large software products using agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills - you can effectively work with engineers but at the same time collaborate with product owners, data analysts and stakeholders
• Experience building components and/or design systems using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Svelte.js, React, or StencilJS
• Experience with web components and reactive programming
• Experience working on distributed or remote-first teams
• Experience with DevOps best practices and tools
• Experience building custom data visualizations using JavaScript frameworks such as D3, Chart.js, Svelte.js, or HTML5 Canvas
• Experience building data visualizations with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
