💡 Skills we're looking for:

We’re focused on practical skills over formal credentials. Here’s what we value most:

• Strong Python experience
• Experience with AI models for code understanding, code summarization, and code reviews
• Comfortable working with AI frameworks.
• Backend engineering skills
• Familiarity with cloud services

🌟 Nice to have (but not required):

• Frontend engineering experience (Tailwind, React)
• DevOps experience
