We are seeking an experienced Facility/Equipment Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities will be to perform preventive maintenance on equipment and manufacturing machinery, along with ongoing facility maintenance. Must know about hydraulic systems, plumbing, heating, wiring, HVAC, and welding. Will also be required to report any safety concerns by inspecting buildings and equipment to confirm safety standards are being met, as well as logging, tracking, and scheduling repairs. The ideal candidate will need at least five years of leadership or supervisor background and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facility maintenance. Must be able to work rotating weekends.

Shift: 6:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance around the building, such as fixing structural damage, such as repairing windows, doors, or walls, and replacing HVAC and machine Filters.
• Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures. Also, have knowledge of soldering copper pipes for air and water lines.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring/schematics to repair equipment
• Maintaining the building's HVAC equipment to keep climate control in place and ensure the facility functions appropriately.
• Understand hand tools, Torque wrenches, Impacts, Drills, Drill presses, and Oxyacetylene torches.
• Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems.
• Touch-up paint within the building, repairing sheetrock, and keeping the building presentable to customers and employees.
• Troubleshoot and repair all standard electrical components, detect minor equipment problems, and correct them before they become significant.
• Experience with Hydraulic systems and Hydraulic Schematics. Be able to Diagnose issues within the Hydraulic system using machine-specific schematics.
• Welding experience with GTAW, FCAW, & GMAW. Must be able to pass visual weld test in interview. AWS Certification is preferred but not required.
• Install new equipment, understand technical manuals, read blueprints, and learn how to purchase replacement parts necessary to repair equipment.
• Overhead crane operation and repair are preferred but optional.
• Experience with Forklift operation and repair is preferred but optional.
• Understand basic inventory and know when to request parts and supplies to maintain inventory.
