We are seeking dynamic, passionate individuals to join our team!

A Travel Advisor is a travel expert responsible for providing personalized travel services to clients, curating unique itineraries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. 

This role requires in-depth knowledge of destinations, travel logistics, and the ability to offer tailored travel advice.

You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and curate personalized travel itineraries that exceed expectations.

This role is perfect for individuals passionate about travel and who enjoy curating customized travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Understand clients’ preferences, travel goals, and budget through detailed discussions.
• Custom Travel Itineraries: Design personalized travel itineraries based on client needs, including destinations, accommodations, activities, and dining options.
• Bookings: Arrange flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other services necessary for the trip.
• Expert Destination Knowledge: Provide clients with expert recommendations on destinations, including local attractions, cultural experiences, and must-see spots.
• Travel Support: Offer real-time assistance to clients throughout their journey to resolve any travel issues that may arise.
• Luxury & Group Travel: Specialize in handling luxury travel arrangements or group travel coordination for events, weddings, and corporate trips.
• Travel Documentation: Assist with obtaining travel insurance, and other necessary travel documents.
• Market Research: Keep up with travel trends, new destinations, and industry changes to offer clients the latest insights.
• Sales & Upselling: Promote additional services, upgrades, or special experiences to enhance client trips and boost revenue.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Travel Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and hospitality services.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for building client trust and maintaining ongoing relationships.
• Attention to Detail: Capable of managing complex travel arrangements with multiple components.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinker in managing unexpected travel disruptions or changes.
• Customer Service: Focused on providing excellent customer service and meeting client expectations.
• Time Management: Able to manage multiple clients and bookings efficiently.
