MY Shower Door is the premier provider of Frameless Glass Shower Enclosures. This family-owned business has been successfully manufacturing, designing, and installing luxury glass enclosures for over 20 years! With a team of over 180, we currently maintain 10 locations throughout Florida. As a Glass Installation Technician you will be trained through our best-in-class skill-based pay program which offers tremendous growth potential! The best thing about this program is that your growth is up to you! After your paid training you will start earning frequent pay increases as you move through our skill-based pay program!

The Glass Installation Technician position is entry-level with immense growth potential!

You Will:

• Be provided with first-class, paid training by our Corporate Install Trainer at our MSD University
• Receive “ground-up training” which includes: glass handling & lifting techniques, product knowledge & awareness, and installation processes & troubleshooting
• Work with a team of skilled technicians installing frameless glass shower enclosures
• Provide customers with exceptional craftsmanship and service

You Are:

• Hands-on: you enjoy hands-on work & have a basic knowledge of hand tools & power tools
• Able to read a tape measure and possess basic math skills (assessment given at time of interview)
• Committed to safety of the customer and your teammates
• Passionate about providing a great product & delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Experienced with carpentry or construction (preferred, but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm - Hours may vary ) Saturday Overtime available

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00/hour
