Entry Level B2B Sales Representative Responsibilities :
Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective business customers, answering inquiries and providing accurate information about our clients products and services.
Engage with prospective and existing business customers and successfully execute presentations on behalf of our clients to drive new enrollment and increase sales
Assist customers throughout the enrollment process, guiding them through necessary paperwork, procedures, and agreements.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and provide them with necessary follow-up communication.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients services, pricing, and offerings to effectively address client questions and concerns.
Utilize CRM software to accurately document client interactions, update information, and track progress throughout the sales cycle.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
Contribute to achieving Entry Level B2B Sales Representative team and individual sales targets, while upholding the company's commitment to exceptional customer service.
