ALL N 1 DRIVING SCHOOL is a leading driving school committed to providing top-notch driver education and training. Our goal is to ensure that all our students become safe, confident, and responsible drivers. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Driving Instructor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct driving lessons for students of varying skill levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced drivers.

• Teach students about road safety, traffic laws, and proper driving techniques.

• Assess students’ driving abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

• Develop personalized lesson plans based on each student’s needs and learning pace.

• Instruct students on the operation and maintenance of vehicles, including pre-driving checks.

• Prepare students for their driving tests, ensuring they understand the requirements and expectations.

• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and lesson details.

• Stay updated on changes to traffic laws and regulations to provide current and relevant instruction.

• Ensure the safety of the student and others on the road during lessons.

• Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and safe vehicle for instruction purposes.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, road safety rules, and defensive driving techniques.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with students of all ages and backgrounds.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful or emergency situations.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance is a plus.

Job Types: 1099 - Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
