Job Description

Nexeo is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist with advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office to join a reputable business in American Fork, UT ! In this role, you will manage and maintain critical documents, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities

• Document Management: Maintain both physical and electronic documents, ensuring secure and efficient organization and accessibility.

• Quality Control: Review and edit documents for accuracy, consistency and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Version Control: Manage document versions to ensure the most current documents are used, and archive outdated versions accordingly. 

• Document Distribution: Distribute documents to the relevant teams, ensuring timely access to essential information.

• File Organization: Implement and maintain logical file naming conventions and folder structures to optimize document storage and retrieval.

Qualifications

• Adobe Acrobat Expertise: Proficient in creating, editing, and securing PDF’s, and applying digital signatures.

• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating, formatting, and managing a variety of documents and presentations.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to thoroughly review documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.

• Expertise in Document Management Systems (EDMS): Familiarity with electronic document management systems and version control processes.

• Organizational Skills: Capable of prioritizing and managing large volumes of documents efficiently.

Pay

$20 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday
