Are you a superhero at assisting others and adding tons of value to a growing team? We are looking for a Distribution Administrator to join our team! In this role you will reconcile and processes various DC production needs, coordinate safety initiatives, monitor and processes payroll, and support various other teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run daily payroll, corrects time punches and ensures attendance records are current including managing associate’s vacation time
• Assists in the execution of details in personnel administration in conjunction with the HR department including; disciplinary actions, performance appraisals, transfers, terminations, etc.
• Facilitate new hire orientations
• Assists supervisors with clerical duties including but not limited to creating RF logins, reconcile invoices, data entry and filing as needed
• Process daily and weekly reports for hourly DC associates
• Reinforces Hot Topic, inc. Loss Prevention policies
• Oversees sensitive employee documentations and relations for over 300 associates
• Assists associates with benefits and injury related issues
• Plans and coordinates company events
• Verification of shipments
• Work directly with temp associate agencies to partner on hiring needs
• Purchase all necessary supplies for the DC

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Minimum of 1 year Administrative experience
• Work on-site at our DC located in the Riverside, CA
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Proven computer knowledge of MS office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Is well organized, proactive, detail oriented, and possess excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills including ability to work in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Meets deadlines, prioritizes appropriately, copes well with change, and maintains composure under pressure
• Is accountable for results, approaches obstacles proactively and looks for ways to resolve problems and issues
• GED / Diploma Required

$20 - $22 an hour
