Available Position: Dispatcher/Customer Service. [Full Time]

The ideal candidate's primary responsibility is to organize and route customer deliveries to job sites and home sites. All of our deliveries are made with tractor/trailer flatbeds. The candidate will be organized and can prioritize incoming calls and other dispatch responsibilities in order to meet service deadlines. The Dispatcher will be responsible for collecting drivers’ paperwork, and maintaining DOT compliance files.

This role will be part of our Front Office team at our corporate headquarters in Chandler, AZ. Our team provides knowledgeable, friendly service to our customers that range from homeowners, landscape contractors, to golf course superintendents. This position will learn how to greet and recommend our products, as well as perform order entries and other administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Route trucks and prioritize deliveries.
• Collect, review, and file driver paperwork
• Ongoing training about our products and services.
• Answer incoming sales calls.
• Provide in-person customer service.
• Order Entry.
• Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, or other dispatch information.
• Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from field crew members, supervisors.
• Other clerical work as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills: Education: High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Experience: Dispatch and/or related field. Good customer service skills. DOT experience is preferred, but not required.

Bilingual, English and Spanish is a plus
