1099 Independent Commission-Based Marketing Representative

Location: Phoenix, AZ and Surrounding Areas

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Marketing Representative to promote our hospice services in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients to increase awareness and utilization of our hospice services. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our hospice services.
• Conduct outreach to healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations.
• Build and sustain relationships with referral sources and potential clients.
• Create and deliver impactful educational presentations and materials about hospice care.
• Coordinate and participate in community events, health fairs, and networking activities.
• Manage social media platforms and online marketing campaigns to boost visibility.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure marketing efforts align with patient care goals.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or Experience in healthcare marketing.
• Proven experience in healthcare marketing or sales, preferably in hospice or home health services.
• Strong understanding of hospice care principles and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care and marketing.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proof of valid auto insurance.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-based compensation. As a Marketing Representative, you will earn a competitive commission on each new client referral and admission to our hospice services. The more you grow our client base, the more you earn. There is no cap on potential earnings, providing a great opportunity for motivated individuals to achieve significant income based on performance.
