LM Berry Logistics, LLC is a Regional Service Partner (RSP) looking for enthusiastic, driven, and motivated team players to deliver who are customer oriented. We are looking for responsible Delivery Drivers to deliver packages to customers in a safe and timely manner. You must own a car/van and must be able to make frequent stops to interact with customers and handle deliveries.

This is an Independent Contractor 1099 Position. You are responsible for your own gas, mileage, and vehicle maintenance in which you may be able to write-off. You must use your own car/van. Payday is once a week, paid on the following week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sort packages accordingly to your route
• Load packages in your van accordingly to your route. This sort/load process will take about 30-45min
• Deliver packages to the customer’s door
• Must be able to deliver 65+ stops per day.
• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld devices for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Follow step-by-step delivery instructions
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
• Solve problems independently using critical thinking skills
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Operate an electronic device for GPS
• Interact with Ontrac customers and the public in a professional and positive manner

Requirements:

• Must own a car/van & willing to deliver packages in it
• Must be at least 18 yrs old with a good driving record
• Must own a car or SUV. We are looking for drivers who have reliable transportation on their records at all times
• Must be able to work flexible hours including, weekends and holidays as needed to ensure timely delivery schedule on a daily basis
• Possess a Valid Driver’s License for at least 1 year
• Successfully pass a background check
• Must have a clean driving record (within the last 3 years)
