The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing CSR strategies, fostering sustainable practices, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to promote ethical practices and create a positive impact on the community and environment.

1. CSR Strategy Development:

   • Design and implement CSR strategies that align with Augmentjobs' mission and values.

   • Conduct research and analyze current CSR trends to inform strategy development.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

   • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and community partners, to promote CSR initiatives.

   • Foster relationships with non-profit organizations and community groups to support CSR activities.

3. Sustainability and Environmental Initiatives:

   • Develop and manage sustainability programs aimed at reducing the company's environmental footprint.

   • Monitor and report on sustainability metrics and progress.

4. Compliance and Reporting:

   • Ensure compliance with relevant CSR and sustainability regulations and standards.

   • Prepare and present regular reports on CSR activities and their impact.

5. Community Engagement and Philanthropy:

   • Plan and execute community engagement and philanthropic initiatives.

   • Evaluate the impact of community programs and make recommendations for improvement.

6. Training and Awareness:

   • Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness about CSR and sustainability within the organization.

   • Develop educational materials and resources to support CSR initiatives.

7. Program Evaluation and Improvement:

   • Continuously assess the effectiveness of CSR programs and initiatives.

   • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance CSR efforts and outcomes.

1. Education and Experience:

   • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

   • 2-5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or a related role.

2. Technical Skills:

   • Strong understanding of CSR principles and sustainability practices.

   • Proficiency in using CSR and sustainability reporting tools and software.

   • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

3. Analytical and Research Skills:

   • Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis to inform CSR strategies and initiatives.

   • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs.

4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

   • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
