Contract Administrator

Note: This is  not   an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior experience in contract administration, procurement, or purchasing

Duties:

- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from proposal writing to contract closeout
- Conduct research and analysis to support contract negotiations and decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Oversee change management processes and ensure timely resolution of contract modifications
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients
- Utilize contract management systems to track and monitor contract performance
- Facilitate the buy-in process for new contracts and negotiate favorable terms
- Coordinate with legal counsel to review and approve contracts
- Utilize electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign for contract execution

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract management principles and practices
- Experience with procurement and budgeting
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
