Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented CNC Mill and Lathe Operators to join our team. In this role, you will operate state-of-the-art CNC machines in a climate-controlled environment, producing high-quality parts for a wide range of industries. Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure precision and quality in all parts produced.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a machinist school program or equivalent practical job experience in CNC operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
