Wilson Ivanova CPAs is an energetic and rapidly growing local firm seeking a full-time bookkeeper with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with their monthly or quarterly bookkeeping needs. Analyzing general ledger accounts and identifying variances
• Perform general bookkeeping duties including posting journal entries to the general ledger, coding transactions, and prepare internal financial statements
• Prepare payroll tax reports on a quarterly and annual basis
• Prepare monthly/quarterly sales tax reports
• Prepare 1099's
• Work well in a team environment
• Maintain client relationships

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of QuickBooks including QuickBooks Online and Intuit payroll
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor a plus but not required
• Knowledge and ability to perform bank account and credit card downloads
• Microsoft Office including word and excel
• Ability to work independently
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Strong writing and communication skills
