Job Description of Bookkeeper

Key responsibilities of a bookkeeper include:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconciling bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Processing invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
• Preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
• Assisting with payroll processing and tracking employee expenses.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Maintaining proper documentation and organization of financial records.
• extremely experienced in Quickbooks online for construction and development

Expected hours: 40 per week

Salary 50k-65k
