Job Description

Join our team as an Assistant Project Manager to play a crucial role in the successful execution of diverse construction projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can effectively support project managers in coordinating and overseeing project activities, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and conclusion of construction projects.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Monitor and report on project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including schedules and reports.
• Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Identify potential risks and issues, escalating them to the project manager as necessary.
• Support budget management and resource allocation under the guidance of the project manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction project support or coordination roles.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, including Procore, Excel, and Word.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans.
• Thorough understanding of construction legal requirements and quality building practices.
