Spire Pest Control is a growing titan in the pest control industry and we need your help to support our growing customer base!

As an Account Manager, you will:

• Help us to build long-term, trusting relationships with our customers
• Be the first point of contact for all virtual customer interactions via email, text, and occasional outbound calls
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing, schedule service(s) and provide closure for customers
• Accurately and descriptively document all customer interactions in database
• Responsible for efficient scheduling and route monitoring
• Communicate effectively with services technicians, managers, and customers
• Assist sales staff and technicians with creating new customer accounts and scheduling
• Completing administrative tasks as assigned (data entry, auditing, etc.)

The tools you will need:

• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Have a high level of professionalism
• Work well independently
• Great attendance record
• Pay special attention to detail
• Basic math, Word and Excel knowledge
• Excel at problem solving
• Type a minimum of 35 WPM
